Sunflower (Dwarf)
About the Sunflower (Dwarf)
Compact varieties bred for containers and small gardens, reaching only 30-90 cm instead of 3 meters. They retain all the characteristics of full-size sunflowers in miniature. They mature faster than standard varieties, blooming in 60 days. They are excellent for childrens gardens because of their quick growth and cheerful appearance. They attract pollinators and birds. They are heliotropic when young, tracking the sun across the sky. They can be grown in pots as small as 15 cm. They produce edible seeds that attract goldfinches.
